Third Night I Cook

Tonight is the third night in a row I cook.

First night was simple. Burgers and fries on the grill.

Night number 2 was a little more challenging. El Capitan marinated some churasco style meat and asked me to grill it for him. Medium, still red in the middle.

Night number 3. I am totally on my own here and most challenging. Mom wants ribs. I asked her how do you want to marinade them. She said, "Get creative." I did.

1 rack is marinading in a smoke seasoning.
2 racks are marinating in Mojo.
2 1/2 racks are rubbed with blackened seasoning and some cajun powder.

They are gonna hit the grill in about 10 minutes. Can't wait till they are done to see how my experimenting turns out.
