[updated]
I just checked the results page. I am in the Male 5K Run Age Group: 30 - 34. I came in 51st out of 63 who were in that group. Not too bad. The fastest person in our group completed the race in a lightning fast 16 minutes and 8 seconds. I ran each mile at an average of 9 minutes 54 seconds. The winner's pace was 5 minutes 12 seconds per mile. A 5 minute mile... can you imagine ever running that fast?
I usually go off on rants, i comment on current events, but seldom do I write any of this down. NASCAR, Baseball, The Marlins, The Dolphins, Politics, Traffic... it's all game. I figured I should since I am getting older and its becoming harder to remember what it is I was thinking.

Tour of the Gables in 30:45! [updated]
Wow, if you saw the post from earlier this morning you would have assumed that my time would be a personal worst. However, after running the Tour of the Gables in 30 minutes and 45 seconds, I must admit that it's a personal best! My current goal is to break 30 minutes. If I shave 15 seconds from each mile, just 15 little seconds, it means I can come in below the 30 minute mark. Things are good... and will be even better if I finally get to meet one of the girls from match.com today.
